Payment
Method
We currently only handle bulk orders. For these orders, a 60% deposit is required at the time of placing the order, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. Our team will reach out directly with payment details and you can choose one of the payment methods you prefer. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Bank Transfers.
Invoices
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an invoice and receipt via email. If you need a physical copy, please request it from our Sales team.
Returns and
Exchanges
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Damaged or
Defective
Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographs of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.
Refund
Process
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
